  • Custom or personalised items (e.g., products with custom prints) are not eligible for return, unless they are faulty or there was an error on our part.
  • Once the Artwork has been confirmed and upon arrival of your garment you notice that is incorrect, in this case No Return or Refund would be issued because Artwork was confirmed.

2.3 Evidence Required:

  • To ensure a smooth return process, please provide evidence of the damage or defect, such as photographs of the damaged product. This will help us resolve the issue faster.
  • Defective items include manufacturing flaws, broken zippers, stitching issues, or any other problems that affect the functionality or appearance of the item.

2.4 Refund for Returns:

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • The shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
