2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Plain/non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging may not be accepted.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

3. Personalised Items

  • Personalised or custom printed garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming artwork and spelling before production.
  • Incorrect artwork approved by the customer does not qualify for return.
