1. Introduction

By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors.

3. Pricing & Payments

The total price, including all applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be clearly displayed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure third-party payments. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Estimated total delivery for UK Standard Shipping is 4-6 working days. We ship from our workshop at 76 Reginald Street, Luton. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

5. Cancellation Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for standard (non-personalised) items.

• Exclusion: This right does not apply to personalised or custom-embroidered items once production has started, unless they are faulty.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us at infoafmerchandise@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

6. Faulty Goods & Refund Rights

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, if your goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any transactions are governed by the laws of the England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
