Washing Instructions:
Wash at 30 degrees to maintain softness and elasticity. Do not bleach to protect fabric colour and quality. Do not tumble dry to avoid shrinkage or damage. Iron at low temperature if necessary and do not dry clean to maintain its original structure.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
