Washing Instructions:
30° mild fine machine wash recommended to maintain fabric quality and vibrant colour. Do not bleach to avoid discolouration. Do not tumble dry to protect the brushed fleece lining. Iron at low temperature if required, and do not dry clean to preserve the fabric’s softness and structural integrity.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
