Washing Instructions:
Wash and iron inside out to protect design and fabric quality. Wash with similar colours to maintain consistency in appearance. Machine wash at 30°C gentle cycle to retain softness and fabric structure. Do not bleach as it may damage the colour and fibers. Do not tumble dry to prevent shrinkage and wear. Iron at low temperature to smooth fabric without damage. Do not dry clean to maintain fleece integrity.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
