Washing Instructions:
Machine wash at 30°C using easy-care settings for optimal results. Do not bleach to protect the integrity of the organic fibers. Do not tumble dry to prevent shrinkage and maintain softness. Do not iron at high heat — use a cool iron only if necessary. Do not dry clean to maintain the natural structure of the fabric.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
