Washing Instructions:
Machine wash at 30°C using a gentle cycle to maintain the structure and fabric quality. Do not bleach to preserve the beanie’s color and fiber integrity. Do not iron to avoid damaging the soft knit surface. Do not tumble dry as heat may deform the shape. Do not dry clean to ensure long-term durability of the material.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
