Washing Instructions:
Do not dry clean to maintain the integrity of the cotton fibers. Machine wash at 30°C using a fine or wool wash cycle to preserve the softness and shape. Do not tumble dry to avoid shrinkage or damage. Do not hot iron; use a low setting if ironing is needed.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
