Washing Instructions:
Machine wash at 30°C on a fine/wool cycle to maintain softness and shape. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Let air dry flat for best longevity. Iron on low if needed to smooth out creases, but avoid high temperatures to protect fabric integrity.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
