Washing Instructions:
Machine wash gently at 30°C on a fine/wool cycle to preserve softness and fit. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Lay flat to air dry for best results. Use a cool iron only if necessary and avoid high heat to maintain fabric integrity.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
