Washing Instructions:
Do not dry clean. For best results, machine wash on 30°C fine/wool wash cycle. Do not tumble dry to maintain garment shape and fabric quality. Avoid hot ironing; if ironing is necessary, use a cool setting. Wash inside out with similar colors and avoid harsh detergents.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
