Washing Instructions:
Do not dry clean. Use a 30°C fine wash or wool wash to protect the fabric’s structure and color. Do not hot iron; a low heat setting or steam may be used on the reverse if needed. Do not tumble dry; instead, lay flat or hang to dry to preserve shape and avoid shrinkage.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
