Do not dry clean to preserve the garment's natural fabric finish. Use a 30°C fine wash or wool wash to maintain its texture and color. Do not hot iron; opt for a cool setting or iron inside out. Do not tumble dry; air dry flat to prevent shrinkage and keep the fabric intact.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
