Washing Instructions:
Machine wash at 30° for optimal care. Do not bleach to preserve fabric integrity. Cool iron if needed to remove creases. Do not tumble dry to maintain shape and avoid shrinkage. Do not dry clean to ensure eco-fabric longevity.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
