Crafted from 100% pre-shrunk cotton jersey knit, this long-sleeve t-shirt is designed to maintain its shape and comfort after every wash. The seamless twin needle 7/8" collar adds durability and a clean finish, while the taped neck and shoulders enhance structure and longevity. Ribbed cuffs ensure a snug fit around the wrists, making it perfect for layering or wearing on its own. The twin needle bottom hem reinforces the shirt’s edge, preventing fraying over time. The garment is quarter turned to avoid any center crease for a smoother presentation. Featuring an ultra-tight knit surface, it’s an ideal choice for screen printing or embroidery, offering sharp, professional results. Includes a tearaway label for added comfort or easy relabeling.
Washing Instructions:
For best maintenance, machine wash warm, turn inside out to protect prints and colors. Wash with similar colours and use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry medium and avoid ironing directly on decorated areas. Do not dry clean to maintain garment quality.
- Fabric: 100% US Cotton for a soft, breathable feel. Ash: 99% Cotton, 1% Polyester. Dark Heather, Safety Green, Safety Orange: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester. Sport Grey: 90% Cotton, 10% Polyester.
- Weight: White: 193gsm; Colours: 203gsm — heavier weight for added durability and warmth.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
