Made from premium ringspun cotton, this garment ensures exceptional softness and comfort. It features a taped neck and shoulders to provide added strength and durability, especially around high-stress areas. The seamless twin-needle 1.9cm collar offers a smooth, clean finish and resists curling or fraying. Side seam construction in sizes XS and S delivers a better fit and shape retention, while tubular construction for sizes M to XL ensures freedom of movement without side seams. Designed to be CPSIA tracking label compliant for child safety regulations in the U.S. A tearaway label offers convenience for rebranding or tag-free comfort. Both the sleeves and bottom hem feature twin-needle stitching for enhanced durability. The shirt is quarter-turned to eliminate the center crease, offering a smooth look ideal for printing or casual wear.
Washing Instructions:
For best results, machine wash warm, turning the garment inside out and washing with like colours to prevent colour transfer. Use only non-chlorine bleach when necessary. Tumble dry at medium temperature and avoid high heat settings to preserve the integrity of the fabric and any printed designs. Do not iron directly over decorations or prints. Do not dry clean as it may damage the finish and fabric.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
