Washing Instructions:

Wash dark colours separately to prevent colour bleeding. For best results, reshape while damp and dry naturally. Avoid harsh chemicals or dry cleaning to preserve longevity and fabric strength.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
