This classic utility-inspired poplin shirt is designed with a fused stand-up collar and an easy-iron finish for a crisp and professional look. Constructed with double-stitched side and sleeve seams for durability, it features two chest pockets with button-down flaps for practical storage, with a pen holder on the left pocket as worn. Button-down epaulettes on the shoulders give this shirt a smart, authoritative edge, making it ideal for workwear or formal uniform use. The single button cuff with one-button placket ensures a tailored fit, while the single-needle stitched yoke and armholes with a straight hem and cuffs provide a neat finish. Includes a spare button and is branded with the Kustom Kit® woven back neck label. Ethically made and SEDEX, Oeko-Tex certified for quality and sustainability.
Washing Instructions:
Machine wash at 40°C with bar under. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean. Iron at medium temperature (two-dot iron) to maintain the shirt’s structure and smart appearance.
- Fabric: 55% Mercerised Cotton, 45% Polyester poplin – breathable, durable, and smooth with an easy-care finish.
- Weight: 105gsm – lightweight, comfortable, and ideal for everyday professional wear.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
