This premium heavyweight polo shirt is crafted with a 1x1 rib flat knit collar and cuffs for a smart, structured finish. Built with double-stitched armholes, shoulders, and cuffs, it delivers exceptional durability and long-lasting wear. The 3-button narrow placket with slanted top adds a stylish detail, while side vents provide enhanced breathability. The taped back neck and shoulder seams ensure comfort and shape retention, and the twin-needle hem reinforces strength. A half moon back yoke gives a clean and professional touch, while a spare button adds practicality. With Superwash® 60° performance, this polo is easy to care for and retains its shape wash after wash. Finished with the Kustom Kit® tear out label, it’s also WRAP, SEDEX, Oeko-Tex, and BSCI certified, guaranteeing ethical and sustainable production standards.
Washing Instructions:
Machine wash at 60°C with bar under. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Tumble dry on medium heat (two-dot setting). Iron at medium temperature (two-dot setting). For best care, wash similar colours together and avoid excessive use of fabric softener to maintain durability.

- Weight: 220gsm – a heavier fabric that provides extra durability and structure, ideal for workwear and active use.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
