Washing Instructions:
Hand wash only to protect the shape and fabric quality. Use lukewarm water with mild detergent and allow the jumper to air dry flat. Avoid wringing, bleaching, tumble drying, or high-heat ironing to maintain the garment’s softness and long-lasting wear.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
