Washing Instructions:
Hand wash only to maintain the hoodie’s shape and fabric quality. Wash gently in lukewarm water with mild detergent, and let it air dry. Avoid bleaching, tumble drying, or ironing at high temperatures to keep it soft and long-lasting.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
