It features a contrast cream nose, front panel, and paws that add to its charming look, while the sewn eyes and nose ensure safety without detachable parts. The bear comes with a matching ribbon and bow, giving it an elegant and gift-ready appearance. A hidden zip access on the base allows direct embroidery or sublimation printing onto the tummy, making it ideal for personalised gifts, corporate branding, or keepsakes. At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
