This professional chef’s skull cap features a flat-top design for a clean and traditional kitchen look. Designed as one size fits all, it includes an elasticated back for a secure and comfortable fit throughout long shifts. The crease-resistant finish ensures a smart appearance even after multiple washes, making it ideal for chefs and kitchen staff who value both style and practicality. Available in various colours and checks to match your kitchen uniform or branding.
Washing Instructions:
Industrial laundering at 85°C or domestic wash at 60°C. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat if required. For best results, wash similar colours together and reshape while damp to maintain its structured fit and professional appearance.
- Fabric: Colours and checked: 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton twill. Denim: 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester – durable, breathable, and comfortable for all-day wear.
- Weight: Colours and checked: 195gsm, Denim: 230gsm – medium to heavy-duty weight for strength and long-lasting shape retention.
- Size: One size – flexible fit with elasticated back for all head sizes.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
