This men’s padded zip-through gilet offers both comfort and function, featuring horizontal baffle stitching that ensures even insulation across the body. Designed with a cadet-style collar for added warmth and a covered front zip complete with chin and inner zip guards for extra comfort. The gilet includes two welted side pockets with zips and an inner open pocket for convenient storage. It provides full embroidery access through an internal zip in the lining, making it perfect for personalisation or branding. Lightweight and easy to carry, it packs neatly into its own stuff sack — ideal for travel and outdoor activities. Made entirely from certified recycled materials, it combines sustainability with performance.
Washing Instructions:
Wash at 40°C using a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron if needed. Avoid dry cleaning to maintain the integrity of the recycled fabrics. For best results, wash similar colours together and reshape while damp.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
