This women’s padded zip-through gilet is designed for comfort, warmth, and practicality. It features horizontal baffle stitching to ensure even insulation across the body, maintaining a smooth and flattering shape. The covered front zip includes both an outer and inner zip guard along with a chin protector for added comfort. A cadet collar offers warmth around the neck, while two welted side pockets with zips and a single inner open pocket provide convenient storage. For ease of decoration, it offers full embroidery access through an internal zip in the lining. Lightweight and travel-friendly, the gilet packs neatly into its own stuff sack. Made entirely from 100% certified recycled materials, it delivers sustainability without compromising on performance or style.
Washing Instructions:
Wash at 40°C using a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron if needed. Avoid dry cleaning to maintain the recycled material’s quality. For best care, wash similar colours together and reshape while damp.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
