Returns Policy

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:

• Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
• Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
• Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

How to start: Please email infoafmerchandise@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide tracked shipping across the UK and international destinations directly from our workshop.

FREE Second Class UK Shipping is available on all orders. Faster First-Class and Express options are available at checkout. International orders typically take 8-12 working days.
