This high-visibility softshell jacket is made from 96% polyester and 4% spandex 3-layer fabric with a warm grid fleece backing and water-repellent finish for protection and comfort. It is certified to EN ISO 20471:2013 +A1:2016 Class 2, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The jacket features a detachable hood with adjusters for flexibility and heat-applied reflective tape with segmented panels that add comfort during movement. It includes six pockets for storage, a radio loop, and an inner stormguard to block out wind and rain. The ID Reflection chevrons help indicate direction for safety in low light. Made with recycled content for a sustainable finish.
Washing Instructions:
Mild wash with low spin. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Wash inside out and wash dark colours separately. Close all fasteners before washing and drying. Do not store whilst damp. Store away from direct sunlight for best care.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
