Washing Instructions:
Wash at or below 40°C. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low temperature. Iron at low heat. Do not dry clean. These steps help maintain the fabric’s natural softness and shape over time.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
