Description
xSpecification:
This lightweight quilted jacket features a reverse coil zip on the centre front with signature zip puller, internal storm flap, and chin guard for protection and comfort. The jacket has moulded baffle panels on the front and back and diagonal ‘V’ stitched sandwiched baffles on the upper body panels with horizontal stitched baffles at the side seams for style and insulation. It includes pockets with reverse coil zips and upper zip garages only, and stretch binding around armholes and hem for added protection. The jacket features internal binding on all seams for durability. The product contains no branded neck label, with removable Kimble or looped garment tags. The inner seam label holds essential product information, and a second label with brand details can be cut away.
Washing Instructions:
Machine wash 30°C, gentle setting. Do not bleach. Iron low. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Follow care instructions to maintain insulation and fabric quality.
- Fabric: Top outer: 100% Nylon. Bottom outer: 100% Polyester. Lining: 100% Nylon. Filling: 100% Polyester – lightweight, durable, and insulating.
- Weight: Outer: 40gsm. Lining: 50gsm. Filling: 228gsm – provides warmth without bulk.

At AF Merchandise, every custom-printed and embroidered item is made specifically for you at our Luton workshop. Because these items are personalized, our policy is as follows:
- Customized Items: Non-returnable unless the item is defective or there is a printing/stitching error on our part.
- Standard Items: You can request a return for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective Goods: If we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
